Kay Rhoads, MA, Sac and Fox. Kay Rhoads is former Chief of the Sac and Fox Nation and long time trainer and educator. She has a driving passion to ensure that our Native people thrive and succeed in today's world. Kay not only drives Engage Life Success Coaching and Training in completing it's vision she embodies it as well. As director of ELSCT Kay is responsible for the day to day operations of the company as well as providing high quality service to our clients by selecting the trainers that are associated with ELSCT. She ensures only quality programs and people are provided for your company's needs.
Majick RavenHawk, Ph.D., CCHt. Tigua Pueblo, has been in business for over 27 years. Ms. RavenHawk is a Personal Development Success Coach, Business Coach and a Board Certified Clinical Hypnotherpist and NLP Practioner. Majick has lectured at various Universities around the country on Native Studies and Business entrepreneurship. She has been interviewed on various radio shows on Life Balance issues. She is an author and has been published in various business and spiritual magazines. Her new book "Sold!, A Black Market Baby's Survival and Journey Into Awareness", is scheduled for release in the fall 2009.
Cheewa James, MS , Modoc, is a very much in demand motivational speaker, presenter and trainer. Ms. James has written the book, "Modoc, The Tribe That Wouldn't die". She has trained and presented for top companies such as Bayer, ManPower Inc., and Fidelity National Title. Cheewa is a sought-after keynote speaker and corporate trainer, having worked with associations and corporations across the United States and Canada. She is especially known for her presentations on leadership, dealing with change and finding a balanced life style.
Della Cherry, MS serves as our community specialist. A full blood Muscogee Creek and long time educator, Della has the passion it takes to make sure ELSC is addressing the needs of the Native communities.
Teddi Duncan is a Traditional StoryTeller. Teddi is Laguna Pueblo / Apache. She provides programs for schools and universities. She is also a master potter and talented artist. Ms. Duncan serves our Traditional Native Program Series. Teddi has appeared in several documentaries.
Theron Thompson is our Gaming Specialist. He brings 20 years of casino experience in marketing and executive management. He has worked from the front line through General Manager of two separate casinos, department manager experience in : Bingo, Poker, Table Games, Marketing, Player Development (350,000 database casino), and Corporate Marketing Director experience over three seperate casinos hotels. Theron is Sisseton Wahpeton Oyate.
Bryce Washington, MBA is our strategic specialist. Providing companies and departments with working strategic plans. Former business manager for the Eastern Shawnee Tribe of Oklahoma Bryce brings practical experience to Engage Life Success Coaching. Bryce is Eastern Shawnee and Osage.
